If your audience is in Uzbekistan, a server in-country measurably improves response time because traffic does not cross international links.

Shared, VPS or cloud
Shared hosting puts hundreds of sites on one machine. Cheap and fine for a brochure site, but a neighbour's traffic spike slows you down too.
VPS gives dedicated resources and full control at the cost of administration. Cloud platforms suit modern stacks like Next.js: scaling is automatic and you pay for actual usage.
Where saving costs you
The cheapest plans carry hard limits on CPU time and concurrent connections. The site holds up until the first spike — a campaign or a Telegram channel post — and fails exactly when traffic arrives.
The second hidden risk is hosting without real support. During an outage you are alone with the problem, and a day of downtime usually costs more than a year of the cheaper plan saved.
