The final checklist: 50 essential elements of a selling website in Uzbekistan

Fifty checks across eight sections. Work down the list and mark what you are missing: every unticked item is lost enquiries.

First screen and positioning — items 1–7

1. The headline names the service in the customer's words, not industry jargon. 2. The subheading answers who it is for and what the benefit is. 3. The city is stated. 4. The call-to-action button is visible without scrolling.

5. The header phone number is tappable. 6. A language switcher exists and leads to the equivalent page. 7. The first screen reads on a phone without zooming and is not covered by a popup.

Trust and proof — items 8–16

8. An About page with a real description rather than generic phrases. 9. Photographs of the team or the workshop rather than stock imagery. 10. Legal details in the footer. 11. A physical address with a map. 12. Opening hours.

13. Customer reviews attributed to identifiable people. 14. A portfolio or work examples describing the task and the result. 15. Certificates, licences or partner statuses, where they exist. 16. Links to active social accounts and a Telegram channel with recent posts.

Content and structure — items 17–24

17. A separate page for each service rather than one combined page. 18. The working process described step by step. 19. Answers to common questions. 20. It is clear what the service includes and what it does not.

21. Turnaround times are stated. 22. Service pages link to one another. 23. A blog or explanatory material where the niche requires it. 24. Both language versions are complete, with no stub pages carrying text in the other language.

Pricing and offer — items 25–30

25. A price or price range in UZS is shown. 26. It is clear what the price depends on. 27. A calculator or quote form exists where pricing is bespoke. 28. Any minimum order is stated.

29. Payment terms are described: deposit, instalments, payment on completion. 30. Promotions carry an expiry date rather than running indefinitely.

Forms and contact channels — items 31–37

31. The form is no longer than four fields. 32. The phone field accepts the +998 format with spaces and hints at the format. 33. Errors highlight next to the field. 34. A clear confirmation appears after submission.

35. A Telegram button exists and leads to an active account. 36. The form notifies a manager instantly, verified by a test submission. 37. Your response time is stated.

Mobile and speed — items 38–43

38. No horizontal scrolling on any page. 39. Buttons at least 44 pixels tall. 40. Body text no smaller than 16 pixels.

41. Pages open within three seconds on mobile data, not office Wi-Fi. 42. Images are compressed and served in a modern format. 43. Tables and price lists render correctly on a narrow screen.

Payments and technical setup — items 44–48

44. If you sell online, Payme and Click are connected and the accepted methods are listed explicitly. 45. A test payment for a minimal amount completes and ends on a clear confirmation screen.

46. The site runs over HTTPS with a valid certificate. 47. Redirects are configured: one canonical domain, no duplicates with and without a trailing slash. 48. A 404 page exists that routes the visitor back to the catalogue or home.

Analytics and search — items 49–50

49. Google Analytics 4 is installed, with key events configured for form submission, Telegram taps and phone taps, all verified by testing.

50. The site is registered in Google Search Console and Yandex.Webmaster, the sitemap is submitted, and every page has a unique Title and Description.

How to use the list: run through it once and record statuses, then close out the forms and mobile sections first — those items affect enquiry volume most directly. Everything else follows as resources allow.
