The mobile version of your site: what to check first

Most of your visitors open the site on a phone, often on a slow connection — while the desktop version is the one that gets tested.

Why it matters here

Mobile traffic share is very high and for many users a phone is the only device, while connection quality varies between central Tashkent and the regions.

So design mobile-first. Adapting a desktop layout downward almost always buries the important elements and ships oversized images.

Common mistakes

Text that needs pinching to read, buttons crowded together, long forms, popups that cannot be closed on a small screen, and phone numbers typed as plain text instead of links.

Oversized images are the usual cause of slow loading — a multi-megabyte photo uploaded untouched makes a page painful on mobile data.

A fifteen-minute audit

Take your phone off wifi and walk the whole customer path: find the service, find the price, submit an enquiry, noting every zoom and mis-tap.

Repeat on the second language version — the Uzbek one breaks more often because it is tested less, usually discovered only after launch.
