Kids centre website: built for the parent, not the child
The parent decides, not the child — and they decide on one question: will my child be safe here.
Safety comes first
A cartoon-heavy site talks to the child while the parent pays. Parents need group size, adult-to-child ratio, drop-off and pick-up procedure, CCTV, illness and injury handling and whether a nurse is on site.
Show real photos of everything, including the bathroom, nap room, dining area and outdoor space — parents mentally place their child there.
Teachers and age-based programmes
Parents want to know exactly who teaches their child: education, years of practice, experience with that age group, and whether a psychologist or speech therapist is on staff.
Searches are always age-based, so give each age group its own page with session length and group size, which parents compare directly.
Routine, payment and trial class
Publish the daily schedule and a sample weekly menu, explain allergy handling, and answer the practical questions parents otherwise ask by phone: adaptation period, missed sessions, what to bring.
Offer monthly payment via Payme or Click and state clearly whether missed classes carry over. Give each branch its own page, and make the free trial class the most prominent button on the site.
