Website development in Andijan: agriculture, automotive suppliers and industry

Andijan is a rare case where heavy industrial supply chains and entirely seasonal agricultural demand sit in the same city, and they need different websites.

Two economies in one city

One clusters around automotive production: component suppliers, metalwork, plastics, stamping, logistics, coating, tooling. Pure B2B with long sales cycles, tenders and documentation requirements.

The other is agricultural: orchards and vineyards, greenhouses, fruit processing and drying, seeds, fertiliser, machinery and spares, veterinary supply — plus the service layer that supports both.

The industrial supplier site is a credibility test

A procurement officer checks legal details, years in business, equipment, certifications, past clients and whether you answer email. Those must be on the site, with certificates as downloadable files and a dedicated page for tender enquiries.

A bare 'leave a request' form with no company registration details reads as suspicious to an industrial buyer, not convenient.

Seasonality and mobile reality

Demand for seedlings, seed, fertiliser and machinery concentrates into narrow windows. A site that is not indexed and ready by March effectively loses the year, so launch in autumn. Keep a rotating 'in season now' block on the homepage rather than a static shop front.

The audience is overwhelmingly Uzbek-speaking and almost entirely mobile, often on unstable connections in the field: light pages, a tappable phone number in the header, and Telegram for sending photos and orders.
