A DIY website audit in one hour
An hour of careful self-review finds most of what agencies get paid to find. The tools are free and no special knowledge is needed.
First impression
Open the homepage on a phone as if seeing it for the first time and give it ten seconds. What you offer, to whom, what makes you different and what to do next should all be clear.
Then walk the full customer path from homepage to submitted enquiry, noting every point where you had to stop and think.
Speed and conversion elements
Run the homepage and one inner page through PageSpeed Insights on the mobile tab, and read the top recommendations rather than the overall score.
Submit each form and follow the whole path — notification, CRM, confirmation. Count form fields: every extra one costs enquiries.
Analytics and search
Confirm analytics collects data and goals are set, then look at exit pages, devices and traffic sources. High traffic with near-zero conversion is priority one.
Search Google for site:yourdomain.uz and check how many pages are indexed and how snippets read — duplicates and missing descriptions show up immediately.
