Remarketing: bringing back visitors who left without enquiring
Most visitors leave without enquiring — that is normal. Remarketing recovers a share of them and is usually the cheapest lead source in the account.
Why it is the cheapest channel
You pay to reach someone who already knows the brand and already showed interest. There is nothing to explain, only a reason to return.
The audience is small and lightly contested, so clicks cost less than in search while converting better. The trade-off is that it scales only as far as your incoming traffic does.
Segments and durations
Do not show everyone the same banner. Someone who bounced from the homepage in ten seconds differs from someone who studied the pricing page for three minutes.
Useful splits: service page visitors, pricing page visitors, abandoned forms or carts, and existing customers who should see a complementary offer instead. Exclude anyone who has already submitted a lead.
Membership duration follows the decision cycle: 7–14 days for everyday services, 60–90 days or more for property and vehicles.
What to show and how often
A generic 'we are still here' banner underperforms. Give a reason: a specific offer, an objection handled, a guarantee, instalments via Payme or Click, a real customer quote.
Cap frequency. Without a limit one person can see the same banner dozens of times a week, which turns interest into irritation.
In Uzbekistan, test remarketing that invites a Telegram message rather than a site visit — the path is shorter and the barrier lower.
