What PPC advertising costs in Uzbekistan
'How much does advertising cost' is really three questions: platform budget, agency fee, and cost per lead. Here is each one.
Three separate line items
Ad spend goes directly to Google or Meta for clicks and impressions. It does not pass through the agency and is fully consumed by traffic.
Management covers keyword research, copy, setup, daily optimisation and reporting. It is independent of how much you spend on media.
Production covers the landing page, banners and video. One-off, but without it the other two work at half strength.
Agency rates in Tashkent
Initial setup typically runs 3M–8M UZS depending on campaign count, languages and keyword volume.
Management is either a retainer from 2.5M UZS per month or 10–20% of spend. A percentage only makes sense on larger budgets; on small ones a retainer buys you actual attention.
'Free setup if you spend through us' usually means the account stays with the agency and nobody audits the build quality.
Click and lead economics
Clicks in Uzbekistan are notably cheaper than in Russia or Kazakhstan because the auction is thinner. Everyday services and courses cost thousands of UZS per click, not tens of thousands. Real estate, medical, legal and automotive cost multiples of that.
Uzbek-language ads often cost less than Russian ones for comparable audience quality, simply because fewer advertisers compete there.
Judge on cost per lead, then cost per customer — spend divided by leads, then by your sales conversion rate. Only the last figure can be compared to your margin.
