Why your landing page gets no leads: 8 common causes
The site is live, ads are running, and no leads arrive. Usually the cause is one of eight things, and nearly all can be checked within an hour.
1. The offer does not answer 'why you'
The most common cause. A headline like 'Quality services in Tashkent' does not differentiate you from a hundred others.
Test: cover the logo and show the first screen to someone outside your industry. If they cannot say what you sell and to whom in five seconds, rewrite it.
2. Traffic does not match the page
The ad promises one thing and the page is about another. The promise in the ad should appear verbatim above the fold.
3. Slow loading on mobile
If main content takes over three seconds, a large share of paid visitors leave before seeing the offer. You pay for clicks that never land.
4. No trust signals
Stock photos, anonymous testimonials and missing legal details. Trust matters heavily in Uzbekistan: buyers want to see real people behind the site.
5. No messenger option
A large share of the Uzbek audience never fills in forms at all — they message on Telegram. Without that button, those people simply leave.
6. Leads arrive but get lost
The form emails an inbox nobody checks, or messages land in spam. This is more common than expected and looks identical to 'no leads'.
Test: submit a lead yourself and time how long until someone calls back.
