What post-launch support covers
Launch is not the finish line — it is the first time the site meets real visitors, and the following weeks are the most productive for improvements.
Warranty is not support
Warranty covers the contractor's defects: a broken form, layout collapsing on a particular phone, filters that fail. You should not pay separately for those.
Support is ongoing maintenance and development. Draw the line in the contract or every ticket becomes a debate about which category it falls into.
First weeks after launch
Verify enquiries arrive: submit a test form from a phone and confirm the Telegram notification lands and the email is not filtered as spam.
Read early analytics for device mix and exit pages. Volumes are small, but a page everyone abandons is visible immediately.
Keeping momentum
Batch observations into a weekly or fortnightly list rather than sending one task a day — cheaper, faster and less likely to break something else.
Agree a rhythm, such as a short monthly review of numbers and priorities. Sites nobody reviews look and perform the same a year later as on delivery day.
