Recruitment agency website: two audiences on one site

A recruitment agency serves two opposing audiences: employers pay, but candidates make up most of the traffic. The flows cannot be merged.

Split from the first screen

Offer an explicit fork: 'I'm hiring' and 'I'm looking for work'. The two groups have different questions, fears and vocabulary.

Most sites write everything for employers because employers pay — and then the candidate database stops growing, which destroys the speed the agency is actually selling.

The employer section

Describe service formats separately: volume hiring, specialist search, executive search, outstaffing and HR administration — they differ in price and timeline.

Explain the fee model even if you withhold exact percentages, and state the free replacement guarantee with its duration, since that is what employers compare.

The job board and Uzbek language

Every vacancy should be its own indexable page with requirements, conditions and a salary range — hidden salaries sharply reduce applications.

Keep applying trivial: name, phone, CV upload and a Telegram option, since many candidates have no CV ready. An Uzbek version is mandatory for regional and blue-collar hiring.
