Signs it is time to replace your website
'I don't like how it looks' is a poor criterion. There are symptoms that show the site is working against the business.
Technical symptoms
Slow to open on a phone over normal mobile data, horizontal scrolling on small screens, tiny tap targets, forms that fail on some devices.
And a platform that no longer updates, where every edit needs a developer and risks breaking something nearby.
Content and business symptoms
Prices that no longer match reality because updating them is painful, no real Uzbek version, no messenger contact although most of the audience writes on Telegram rather than calling.
Few or no enquiries despite live traffic, flat or declining organic traffic, and a rising cost per lead from ads — usually a landing page problem rather than an advertising one.
Access symptoms and what to do
Domain, hosting or admin access lost or still held by a former contractor, with nobody sure where the source code or backups are. That alone is a serious risk.
Before commissioning a rebuild, gather data on speed, behaviour, conversion and organic traffic — some problems are cheaper to fix in place. When three or four symptoms coincide, rebuilding usually pays back faster.
