Auto service website: labour pricing, diagnostics booking and trust
Car owners fear being upsold more than they fear the repair bill. A garage website has to sell predictability.
Labour pricing is the deciding factor
A garage site with no prices lands in the 'call us and we'll see' category, which is exactly what customers avoid. List concrete jobs — oil change, brake pads, suspension diagnostics, timing belt — with labour priced separately from parts.
Separating labour from parts removes half the suspicion by itself. Where price depends on the model, show a range and explain what drives it.
Make and model pages
Uzbekistan's car park is distinctive: a large share of locally assembled Chevrolet models — Cobalt, Nexia, Lacetti, Malibu — plus growing Chinese and Korean imports.
Build dedicated pages per major make, listing that model's typical faults and service intervals. This wins both search traffic and the perception of specialisation.
Booking and warranty
Replace a vague enquiry form with a specific action: 'book suspension diagnostics — 30 minutes'. Confirm via Telegram, since this audience messages rather than calls.
State the warranty explicitly — months or kilometres on labour — and mention that you record component condition on video before work starts. That directly answers the fear of unnecessary replacements.
