Logistics company website: shipping calculator, tracking and route coverage

Freight clients ask three questions: how much, how many days, and where is my cargo now. The site that answers without a phone call wins the tender.

A rate calculator is mandatory

Shippers compare several carriers. A company that requires an emailed quote and a day of waiting loses to one that returns a number instantly.

The calculator need not be exact: origin, destination, weight, volume and cargo type with a note that a manager confirms the final rate is enough to win the comparison.

Tracking cuts manager workload

Waybill tracking pays for itself by removing the constant 'where is my cargo' calls rather than by winning new clients.

Without full system integration, dispatcher-updated statuses plus Telegram notifications on status change are enough — Uzbek business communication runs on Telegram.

Routes, customs and B2B documents

Replace 'international shipping' with named routes: China to Tashkent, Tashkent to Moscow, Turkey to Uzbekistan — each with transit times, transport modes and indicative rates, reflecting landlocked transit realities.

The buyer is usually a legal entity, so publish company details, a sample contract, the documents you issue, cargo insurance terms and liability limits. Allow the enquiry form to accept a cargo specification file.
