Handling inbound leads without losing them
You can invest in a site and advertising and still lose half the enquiries at one step — by replying late or in the wrong place.
Speed beats everything
People enquire in a brief window of interest. While you prepare a reply they have opened three more sites and messaged two competitors.
Acknowledge fast, answer fully later. 'Got your request, I will come back within the hour' holds a customer; a detailed quote two days on finds them elsewhere.
One place for every channel
Enquiries arrive from the site form, Telegram, Instagram DMs and phone calls. Separate channels leak, especially at weekends.
The minimum fix is notifications from all channels into one Telegram group where it is visible who has taken the lead.
The first message and the follow-up
Use their name, restate the request in your own words, and ask one specific question that moves things forward — not 'how can I help', which they already told you.
Follow up once with something new after a day or two, and record why deals are lost. The pattern usually points at one unanswered question on your site.
