Security company website: licences, covered sites and response time

Security company clients aren't buying a website — they're buying peace of mind. They check two facts: is this legal, and will the team really arrive fast.

The licence comes first

Security work is licensed, and that's the first thing a cautious client checks, especially a business before signing. Show the licence scan, number and validity prominently, not buried in the footer.

State whether liability is insured — for warehouses, shops and banks, that's the first question when choosing a contractor.

Don't mix service types in one list

Alarm monitoring, physical guard posts, cash-in-transit escort and event security are different products with different pricing and audiences — give each its own page.

For physical guarding, state staff training and firearm authorization; for alarm monitoring, state the equipment brand and connection method.

Response time

A stated response time in minutes, not 'promptly', is the main competitive argument in this niche. If it varies by district, show coverage zones with approximate times.

Publishing real statistics on call-outs and average response time is more convincing than marketing promises.
