Engineering company website: service lines, certifications and tender experience

Engineering company clients are almost always businesses or contractors, and the decision is made on documents and track record, not emotion.

Service lines as separate pages

Electrical supply, HVAC, plumbing and low-voltage systems are different service lines with different clients. A generic 'engineering systems' page doesn't show whether the firm has the specific expertise needed.

Each service page should list project types handled — residential complex, mall, industrial — since requirements vary sharply by category.

Certifications and standards

Design and installation certifications are the first thing a corporate client or general contractor checks before engaging a subcontractor. Scans should be accessible on the site, not sent only after several emails.

State whether the firm follows current local building codes and has experience passing design review — a specific tender-stage question worth answering upfront.

Portfolio and tender experience

Show real projects with area and system capacity figures — concrete numbers, not vague claims, since that's how clients judge scale.

Government tender and major corporate project experience is a strong signal; state registration in relevant supplier registries if it applies.
