Dental clinic website: what actually convinces a patient to book
Patients choose a dental clinic based on how frightened they are, not how the site looks. The site's job is to remove that fear before the call.
The barrier is fear, not price
People postpone dental visits for months, then search at night in pain and pick the clinic that answers three questions: who will treat me, will it hurt, how long will it take.
A block on anaesthesia and sedation, a clear description of what happens at the first appointment, and real photos of the treatment room do more than any discount banner.
The dentist profiles page
Patients trust a person, not a clinic. Each profile needs a real photo, precise specialisation, years of practice, training history and before/after cases performed by that specific dentist.
A 'book with this dentist' button next to the profile converts noticeably better than a generic booking form.
Licences, pricing and booking
Show the health ministry licence as a scan. Break prices down by stage — an implant price that excludes the crown and abutment creates conflict at the consultation.
Keep the booking form to service, dentist, time and phone. Duplicate booking into Telegram, since many patients will never fill a form but will message a chat. Payme or Click prepayment for consultations reduces no-shows.
