Multi-speciality clinic website: structuring dozens of doctors and departments
Dental patients choose emotionally; multi-speciality clinic patients choose by navigation. They already know what they need — get them there fast.
Navigation is the real problem
Patients arrive with a specific query — a thyroid ultrasound, an endocrinologist, a ferritin test. If they cannot reach it in two clicks they leave rather than call.
What works: site-wide search across services and doctors, department sections, and a dedicated landing page for every notable service. Those pages, not the homepage, collect organic traffic.
Lab tests and online results
Give every test its own page: what it measures, how to prepare, turnaround time, price. This is a large body of long-tail traffic competitors usually ignore.
Online result delivery — a portal keyed to an order number and SMS code, or at minimum delivery via Telegram — gets mentioned in reviews more often than equipment does.
Doctors, schedules and medical content
Schedules must match reality; a stale schedule creates conflict at reception and a bad review. Pull it from the internal system rather than maintaining it by hand.
Have a clinic doctor review disease and procedure content and say so on the page. Avoid cure guarantees — they create legal exposure and repel the audience that can actually pay.
