Managing your company's online reputation

Almost every customer searches your company name in Google and Telegram before buying. What they find there matters more than your website.

Start with what they see

Search your company name in a private window and read the whole first page: site, maps listing, social profiles, mentions, reviews. That is your reputation.

Repeat it in Telegram search. Discussions here often live in district and industry chats, where a negative mention can be more visible than any web page.

Occupy your own results

If only your site appears for your name, any stranger's post lands in prime position. Fill the page with your own properties: site, Google profile, socials, Telegram channel, directory listings.

This is hygiene, not manipulation — it stops a single old complaint defining first impressions.

Handling criticism and monitoring

Judge first whether it is a fair complaint, an emotional outburst or an attack, and answer accordingly. A public, calm resolution often builds more trust than ten positive reviews.

Fifteen minutes a week — search alerts, a maps check, a Telegram name search — covers monitoring for a small business, and speed of reply matters as much as content.
